Our hosting infrastructure may also process technical request information such as IP address, browser type, device information, referring URL, and request timestamps.
How we use information
We use inquiry information to respond to you, evaluate the requested work, prepare relevant next steps, and communicate about a potential or active engagement. We use technical request information to operate, secure, diagnose, and improve the website and its forms.
Website analytics
Where enabled, this website uses Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors interact with pages and to identify usability or technical issues. Clarity may process interaction, device, browser, diagnostic, and approximate location data and may use cookies or similar browser storage. We do not use this information to sell personal data or run interest-based advertising.
Form security and abuse prevention
Project forms use validation, automated-submission checks, and request-rate controls where configured. To protect the service, a shortened cryptographic representation of an IP address may be temporarily stored by our rate-limit provider. Raw IP addresses are not included in project inquiry lead records. Hosting providers may still process request metadata in their standard infrastructure and security logs.
Data retention
We retain inquiry information while evaluating the request and for the duration of any resulting engagement. If no engagement begins, we normally delete inquiry data within 90 days unless we need to retain it for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or record-keeping purposes. You may request earlier deletion.
No sale of personal information
B&S Tech Systems does not sell, rent, or trade personal information. We do not provide project inquiry details to data brokers or third-party advertising networks.
Service providers
Information may be processed by service providers that support website hosting, form delivery, spreadsheets or webhook-based lead intake, email delivery, security, and analytics. These providers process information only for the services they supply to us and under their own applicable privacy and security terms.
Browser storage
The site stores your light, dark, or system theme preference in local browser storage. Analytics tools, when enabled, may also use cookies or similar storage for measurement and diagnostics. You can control or clear browser storage through your browser settings.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing of your personal information. You may also ask us to explain what information we hold about you. We will respond in accordance with applicable law.
